Does Molloy, LLC Share the Information It Receives?
Information about our customers is an important part of our business, and we are not in the business of selling it to others.
Information That You Give Us:
We receive and store all information we gather from you and your business on our secure web platform. We use this information for call recording, training, coaching, responding to your requests, customizing future services for you, improving our customer service care, communicating with you and for billing purposes. Other information can be used to build a custom web site for you and your business, should you need one.
Regarding E-mail Communications: We often receive a confirmation when you open an e-mail from someone on the Molloy Team and/or from the Molloy, LLC Newsletters if your computer supports such capabilities.
Information from Other Sources: For reasons such as improving personalization of our service, we also sometimes receive feedback and/or information from our trainers [or from others on our team] so that we can correct our records and to be sure that the web platform for each of our clients is accurate and up to date.
Clients who request our services are provided with a breakdown of pricing for all services based on thier specific needs, and designed for their specific industry. Pricing is sent to all clients via email as part of the provisioning detail prior to services beginning. Some pricing is based on billable time [per minute or per hour], depending upon the type of service requested. Clients will be invoiced on [or about] the first of each month for all services provided. Services requested by the client and provided by the Molloy Team are non-refundable.
The monthly amount due [as specified on the invoice] is payable upon receipt; invoices which have not been paid for more than 30 days will receive a courtesy call to request if they would like to submit a credit card for automatic billing. Unpaid invoices of 30 days [or more] may be subject to a collection agency.
Clients who prefer to be billed by credit card can submit thier information to Linda Smith, VP of Sales; they will then be placed on automatic billing for services provided on [or about] the first of each month.

These services are provided by the Molloy Team and are included in the client invoices and are non-refundable.
